Unique Leadership Opportunities with Harmony!

Are you interested in furthering your career, building your support network, strengthening your leadership skills, and implementing new ideas within our community?

We are looking for energetic volunteers to help further the mission of Harmony. Does this sound like you? Volunteers must be current members of the organization.

We are sharing two opportunities with you today:

1. The 2019 Retreat Planning Committee is looking for 2-3 members with a passion for planning to help plan the 2019 retreat.
   • Do you you have a passion for planning?
   • Do you have 2-4 hours per month to help?
   • We will have monthly video conferences for now with the possibility of more closer to the retreat. We have a date, location, cooks and a Guest Minister. Now we need help putting together a schedule to engage our members and friends in our exciting new mission.

2. Harmony is looking for up to four members to serve on the Nominating Committee.
   • Elections for board positions happen on a rolling basis in our organization, and we need an active nomination committee to help prepare elections, collect nominations, interview potential candidates, and ensure that Harmony's board is a fair representation of our community and its needs.
   • We are looking for up to four people to commit to at least one year with the nominating committee. These committee members should expect monthly Zoom (web conference) meetings, be familiar with the bylaws of the organization (which can be found on our website), and should have expectations on what the board and board positions should be working towards in their roles and leadership. Interested parties may contact Magen Olsen ([email protected]) for more information.
