Board of Directors Nominations Now Open!

It's time to nominate members for the first Harmony Board of Directors!

Per the merger agreement, we must successfully fill all ten board positions with committed, energized candidates who will help to move the organization forward under the Harmony brand. 

A full description of the makeup of the Board of Directors and the role for each board member and officer can be found on our bylaws page. We have also put together a simplified one-sheet of available Board of Directors positions here for your convenience. If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors or if you have a certain person in mind, we would like to encourage you to fill out the nomination form below.

Qualifications

• Must be a Member of Harmony
• Must not be related by blood or marriage/domestic partnership with another board member or officer 

General Requirements:

• Each member of the Board of Directors shall attend at least 75% of regular meetings of the Board per year. 
• Must be willing to meet the requirements of the board insurance policy​
• Provide between 2 to 10 hours of service monthly

Our Process

• Nominations Open: Sunday, August 25, 2019
• Nominations Close: Sunday, September 8, 2019
• Per our bylaws, "The Secretary shall prepare and distribute to the members of the Corporation the slate of candidates and instructions for voting. All votes shall be tabulated no later than seven (7) days before the Annual Membership meeting."
• Elections will take place between October 22 - 25, 2019.
• Our Annual Membership Meeting will follow shortly after where our new Board of Directors will be introduced. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you have.
